NEW! Register for the
Conference and Walk Away
With a Free Pedometer
Lifeclinic International, in conjunction with HBS Health, will present the “Walk, Track and Win to Better Heath Contest” during this year’s HBS Health Industry Alumni Conference.
Lifeclinic, the Conference Gold sponsor, will send each qualified conference registrant* a free pedometer for tracking his or her steps. Lifeclinic will award two prizes: one to whoever walks the most steps overall (before and during the Conference), and one to the person with the most steps during the Conference. Each winner will have a $2,000 scholarship donated to HBS in his or her name.
The contest will promote the exercise benefits of walking, as measured by pedometers, to participants’ overall health. Participants will learn how to record and track their progress (the number of steps someone takes), and then review the data electronically via the pedometer itself, a Lifeclinic Health Station or a personal computer, leading to better health self-awareness.
Lifeclinic will enroll registrants for the conference automatically into the contest. Contest entry closes with the Conference registration deadline, October 30.
To be eligible to win, participants must upload their pedometer data via a Lifeclinic LC500 Health Station at the Conference. Contest standings among participants will be displayed on an LCD “leader board” using Lifeclinic’s Synergy software “Wellness Contest Incentive Module.”
The names of both contest winners will be announced before the conclusion of the Conference.
*Due to shipping and scheduling limitations, Lifeclinic cannot guarantee that it will be able to provide all registrants with pedometers. The contest is open only to valid Conference registrants.
